CMS PTSO Sponsorship Program
Carson Middle School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) offers local businesses an opportunity to support Carson Middle School students and staff through our sponsorship program. All funds raised from sponsorships will directly benefit 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students at Carson by providing additional resources to enhance their learning environment.
As we launch our Sponsorship Program in 2026, the first project which we are striving to fund is Collaborative Seating for Classroom Learning. Teachers in 12 ELA, math, and learning support classrooms requested round or kidney-shaped tables and stools that can be used to foster teamwork and collaboration, as well as improve student engagement and participation.
Businesses can choose to be a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Level sponsor with benefits outlined below. To become a sponsor, please either:
1. Complete the online form and credit card payment. You may also pay by Venmo to @cms_ptso or by a check made payable to CMS PTSO and mail to Carson Middle School PTSO, 200 Hillvue Ln., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
2. Complete the paper form and email it to carsonmiddleschoolptso@gmail.com and pay by Venmo to @cms_ptso.
3. Complete the paper form and mail with check made payable to CMS PTSO to Carson Middle School PTSO, 200 Hillvue Ln., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.

Would you like to expand the selection of Carson library books by celebrating a student or staff member through the purchase of a book?
Carson librarian Mrs. McNeill has created a list of desired books for the library that can be purchased through the CMS Library Wish List on Amazon. If you would like to dedicate a book to celebrate a student or staff member, please select "This is a Gift" when purchasing. Ship to the "Gift Registry Address" (to ship the book directly to CMS). At the "Gift Message" prompt, please add your student's name and grade, as well as any reason or special dedication you would like us to include.

This is the second full school year since the Carson Middle School Parent Teacher Student Organization was created, and we're ready to support the students and staff to make it an even better year!
How can you help?
Your $25 membership fee will be used for student activities, staff appreciation, and school resources. You don't need to attend meetings, but you will receive advance notice of events and volunteer opportunities, our online student directory, a monthly newsletter, and an opportunity to register your student for after-school classes. 2. Donate a Carson wish list item
Our PTSO surveyed the staff to find out what basic items it would be helpful to have in their classrooms, for the Tiger Lounge, and for PBIS prizes. If you would like to participate, you can do so in one of two ways.

Join the Carson PTSO!
2025-2026 PTSO Membership Registration
We encourage all Carson families to join the PTSO! The membership fee is $25 per family and will be used to help fund some student activities and staff appreciation events at CMS. You don't need to attend PTSO meetings to join. Members will receive advance notice of events and volunteer opportunities, our online student directory, a monthly newsletter, and an opportunity to register your student for after school classes.

Save Your Chick-fil-A Receipts for Carson!
Turn in your receipts from the Wexford, Cranberry, or McKnight Rd. Chick-fil-A locations, and our school will receive 20% of the totals towards catering orders for school events. Electronic receipts must be printed in order to be included. Put your receipts in an envelope marked "Chick-fil- A” and send them to school with your student.

Scan Your Box Tops Receipts
The Box Tops 4 Education collection is still happening and is an easy way to raise money for CARSON for free! It’s easy as 1,2,3!

2. Buy Box Tops products (see link below)
3. Scan your receipt to earn cash for Carson.
- If you aren’t sure if your receipt has a Box Tops product, you can still scan it to check.
- The Box Tops app also has a Credit Leaderboard, which is an easy way to give credit for your receipt scans and track earnings by grade level. Before you hit submit, it allows you to designate a grade for your earnings.

You can earn free funds for Carson using the RaiseRight gift card program through the RaiseRight app on your phone. Here's how it works!
